Clients who have difficulty climbing steps are advised to contact the property before making a reservation. Please note the only way to reach the island is through a 20' minutes Satena flight or by Catamaran in two hours and a half. During storms the transport can be cancelled, the property therefore strongly advises all clients to obtain a travel insurance to cover them in case of such cancelations. No refunds are offered if you fail to arrive for your reservation. The hotel advises clients that there is wifi available only in the lobby. The wifi is slow and unreliable due to the remote location. In room wifi is not offered. The property advises clients to book their transportation to the island well in advance, as at the last minute it is frequently difficult to find availability on the flights.
